I have witnessed Declan progress from Cadets, juniors and now Senior Karting. Declan has shown that he has the desire to race at the front at an elite level in karts. He is a positive, disciplined and well-mannered young man who will always give 100% and more to get the job done. I’m sure Declan will succeed in his motorsport endeavours.
